Discover easily. Decide with confidence.

At Retourenoutlet, our goal is to offer good products at fair prices while giving perfectly usable items a second chance.

Our range includes new products, customer returns and B-stock. To make sure you know what to expect before ordering, we clearly identify the condition of each item as New, Return or B-Stock.

New – new and unused products.

Return – products that have previously been returned and inspected by us. Depending on the item, the original packaging may have been opened, damaged or replaced.

B-Stock – functional products that may show minor cosmetic signs, packaging damage or other small imperfections. Any relevant issues known to us are stated in the individual product description.

Before offering returned or B-stock products for sale, we check their condition and, where reasonably possible for the particular product, their functionality. Our aim is to reduce unpleasant surprises when your order arrives.

Transparency is especially important to us. That is why we provide clear condition information and relevant details directly on the product page.

If an item is not right for you, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal and Shipping & Returns information.

Our goal is simple: good products, fair prices and clear information – so you can shop confidently and know what you are buying.
